ALTAREA: Monthly Declaration of Share Transactions in June 2025
In June 2025, ALTAREA continued its share purchase and sale program. At the beginning of the month, treasury capital stood at 25 shares, or less than 0.01%. During the month, the company purchased 37,112 shares and sold 36,252 shares. No shares were transferred or canceled.
All transactions were carried out under a liquidity agreement with Rothschild Martin Maurel. On June 2, 873 shares were purchased at an average price of €102.29, and 819 shares were sold at €102.35. The following days saw a similar dynamic, with multiple buy and sell transactions, with the price ranging from €96.08 to €117.14.
