Half-yearly report on Altarea's liquidity contract

The press release published by Altarea on July 8, 2025, presents the half-yearly balance sheet of the liquidity contract entrusted to Rothschild Martin Maurel. As of June 30, 2025, the liquidity account held 1,265 Altarea shares and a cash balance of €1,887,326. During the first half of 2025, 150,539 shares were purchased and 156,374 sold, for a total transaction amount of €15,354,955.29 for purchases and €15,928,403.97 for sales.

Compared to the end of December 2024, when the account held 7,100 shares and cash amounting to €1,313,877, a reduction in the number of shares held can be noted. The liquidity contract, established on December 2, 2024, is part of the AMF's regulatory framework to stabilize the liquidity of listed securities.
