ALTAREA: Information on Voting Rights and Share Capital

On February 28, 2025, ALTAREA announced its share capital figures. It is composed of 21,896,835 shares. The same number corresponds to the theoretical voting rights, while the exercisable voting rights amount to 21,895,285. This difference is explained by the treasury shares, which do not have voting rights.

ALTAREA's articles of association include a clause concerning the crossing of thresholds. Any person, natural or legal, holding a share equal to or greater than 1% of the capital must declare it to the company within four working days. In the event of non-declaration, the voting rights associated with these shares cannot be exercised for two years, if the regularization is not carried out.
