ALTAREA: Information on voting rights and shares as of August 31, 2024
As of August 31, 2024, ALTAREA's share capital consisted of 21,893,754 shares. These shares represented a total of 21,893,754 theoretical voting rights. Taking into account treasury shares, the number of exercisable voting rights amounted to 21,885,459.
According to Article 12 of the company's statutes, any natural or legal person must notify ALTAREA if it crosses, upwards or downwards, the threshold of 1% of shares or voting rights. This notification must be made by registered letter within 4 working days.
In the absence of a declaration, the securities exceeding the undeclared fraction are deprived of voting rights for two years, under certain conditions. This mechanism aims to strengthen the transparency and regularity of capital holdings within the company.
