ALTAREA: Results of the capital increase reserved for the 2024 employee FCPE
A capital increase was launched for the benefit of Altarea Group employees via the Corporate Investment Fund (FCPE). This fund is entirely invested in Altarea shares.
At the end of the subscription and withdrawal periods, the total amount subscribed by the FCPE amounts to 733,956.70 euros, with a subscription price set at 82.19 euros in accordance with current legislation.
This operation materializes by the issue of 8,930 new shares, thus increasing the capital by 136,450.40 euros. The shares will be created and admitted to trading on Euronext Paris on July 5, 2024.
Next step in Altarea's financial calendar: the publication of the 2024 half-year results on July 30, 2024, after the stock market.
