ALTAREIT: Information on the number of voting rights and shares

The company ALTAREIT has published information relating to the total number of voting rights and shares making up its share capital. As of May 31, 2024, the total number of shares amounts to 1,750,487.

The theoretical voting rights also stand at 1,750,487, while the exercisable voting rights, after deduction of treasury shares deprived of voting rights, amount to 1,748,366.

The company's statutes include a clause under article 12 requiring a declaration of crossing the threshold.
