ALTAREIT: Update of voting rights and shares

ALTAREIT has published an update regarding the total number of shares and voting rights comprising its share capital as of November 30, 2024. The company has 1,750,487 shares, with an identical total of theoretical voting rights. However, the exercisable voting rights amount to 1,748,374, due to the deduction of treasury shares and treasury shares.

ALTAREIT's articles of association include a threshold crossing declaration clause. Any holder, direct or indirect, of more than 1% of the capital or voting rights must notify the company in the event of a significant change. Shares not declared in accordance with the required conditions lose their voting rights for two years if the default is found.
