ALTEN Announces Share and Voting Rights Update for July 2024
ALTEN SA has released an update regarding its share capital and voting rights as of July 31, 2024. The company, listed on Euronext Paris in Compartment A under ISIN code FR0000071946, reported a total of 35,209,501 ordinary shares comprising its share capital. The corresponding number of theoretical voting rights stands at 40,672,915.
The disclosure follows articles L. 233-8-II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation. Shareholders who cross the 3% threshold of share capital or voting rights, either upwards or downwards, are required to inform the company within 15 days as per Article 9 of ALTEN's Articles of Association.
