Alten Announces 2026 General Meeting and Proposed 2025 Dividend
On April 28, 2026, Alten SA's Board of Directors announced the convening of the Company's 2026 General Meeting. Scheduled for June 18, 2026, the meeting's notice will be published in the French legal gazette, BALO, and on Alten's website.
The Board proposes a dividend of €1.50 per ordinary share for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. Shareholder approval will be sought at the upcoming meeting. If approved, dividend distribution is set for June 24, 2026, with shares trading ex-dividend starting June 22, 2026.
