ALTEN Announces Governance Changes with New Key Appointments
Leading engineering and technology consulting company, ALTEN, has unveiled strategic changes to its governance structure. Following the decision on October 8, 2025, the roles of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer will be separated. Simon Azoulay will remain as Chairman of the Board, while Cyril Malargé is set to become the new CEO effective by January 31, 2026.
With an extensive background at Sopra Steria, Malargé is expected to drive ALTEN's growth. Azoulay, leading ALTEN for over 35 years, endorses Malargé's appointment, expressing his confidence in a smooth transition.
Further changes include Danièle Guyot-Caparros joining the Board as an independent director and Chairman of the Audit Committee, succeeding Aliette Mardyks. Guyot-Caparros brings significant expertise in finance and operations from her former roles, enhancing Board capabilities.
