Amadeus Fire AG Reports Slight Revenue Growth Amid Economic Challenges

Amadeus Fire AG has reported a marginal increase in its consolidated revenue for the first nine months of 2024, reaching €337.7 million, up by 1.9% compared to the previous year. Despite a recessionary trend in Germany, the group's operating gross profit rose by 0.6% to €184.5 million. The gross profit margin remained relatively constant at 54.6%.

The Personnel Services segment faced challenges due to weak economic conditions, resulting in a 4.3% decline in segment revenue to €208.9 million. The operating EBITA for this segment decreased by 24.7% to €29.1 million. However, the Training segment showed resilience, with revenue increasing by 13.6% to €129.1 million, leading to a 9.6% rise in operating EBITA to €17.3 million.

Amadeus Fire's overall operating EBITA stood at €46.4 million, down 14.8% from the previous year. The group anticipates consolidated operating EBITA to reach €58 million by year-end, amid ongoing economic uncertainty and a weak market outlook for the remainder of 2024.
