American Critical Minerals Renews Green River Project Licenses
American Critical Minerals Corp. has renewed its licenses for the Green River Project in Utah. This renewal includes 11 mineral leases, 1,094 lithium brine claims, and 11 potash prospecting permits, totaling approximately 32,530 acres. The company is authorized to drill seven exploration holes to assess potash and lithium potential.
The Green River Project aims to explore both potash and lithium, distinguishing it from neighbors focused solely on one mineral. American Critical Minerals is working with Agapito Associates LLC to define a 43-101 Exploration Target for lithium.
The company has also granted stock options and restricted share units to key personnel. This decision supports strategic goals and aligns with similar advances in adjacent projects by Intrepid Potash and Anson Resources.
