AMOEBA: A NEW LEGAL STRUCTURE TO MAXIMISE COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES
Amoéba (FR0011051598 - ALMIB), a greentech industrial company, is implementing a legal reorganisation aimed at strengthening its biocontrol and cosmetics sectors. This move is set to enhance visibility and operational efficiency, and create shareholder value.
The Board of Directors has approved the creation of a new structure. The parent company in Chassieu will handle R&D and production, holding patents and supporting activities. Two new commercial entities will focus on biocontrol and cosmetics, respectively.
This reorganisation will be in place by the second half of 2024. CEO Jean-François Doucet stated that this strategy aims to foster partnerships directly at the subsidiary level, optimise resources, and support sustainable growth.
