Amrize's Next Phase as Standalone Entity

Holcim Group has announced the spin-off of Amrize, its North American operations, by mid-2025. The company aims to focus entirely on the North American market, bolstered by an extensive infrastructure of over 1,000 locations. Amrize's strategic emphasis will be on capturing a significant portion of the projected $2 trillion annual North American construction market through diverse building solutions.

The company boasts a strong historical track record, reporting $11.7 billion in revenue and $3.2 billion in adjusted EBITDA in 2024. With a robust financial framework in place, Amrize aims for a U.S. listing by mid-2025 and forecasts mid-term growth targets, including 5-8% revenue CAGR and 8-11% EBITDA CAGR from 2025 to 2028.

Amrize aims to maintain an investment-grade credit rating with significant liquidity support, secured by a $5.1 billion bridge loan and a $2 billion credit facility. The spin-off marks an essential milestone, enhancing its market presence and unlocking shareholder value.
