Amundi Physical Metals plc Announces Issuance of New ETC Securities
Amundi Physical Metals plc has declared the final terms for its latest issuance of ETC Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This recent issue, identified as Tranche 539 of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC, involves the release of 175,000 ETC Securities.
The issue date for this Tranche is set for 27 March 2024, continuing the Issuer's activity in providing investors exposure to physical gold. The Metal Entitlement per ETC Security at the Subscription Trade Date for this Tranche is 0.03972745 fine troy ounces, signifying a slight variance from the initial Metal Entitlement as at the Series Issue Date.
These securities are scheduled to mature on 23 May 2118, presenting a long-term investment opportunity in gold. With a Total Expense Ratio of 0.12% per annum, the offering aims to be an efficient means for investors to gain exposure to the price movements of physical gold.
Authorization for the issuance was obtained on 25 April 2019, and notable authorized participants in the program include HSBC Bank plc, Jane Street Financial Limited, Flow Traders B.V., and others, facilitating the trading and liquidity of the ETC Securities.
The Tranche will be listed and admitted for trading across various prominent exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, the Deutsche Börse, the Borsa Italiana, and the London Stock Exchange. An effort has also been made for these securities to be admitted to trading on the International Quotation System of the Mexican Stock Exchange, broadening the accessibility for investors.
