Amundi Physical Metals plc Announces Issuance of New Tranche in Secure Precious Metal Linked Program
Amundi Physical Metals plc (APMP) has disclosed the final terms for its latest Tranche 544 of Amundi Physical Gold ETC under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This move adds 54,900 ETC Securities to the series, further expanding the company's offering aimed at investors seeking exposure to physical gold without the need to directly buy or store the metal.
Dated 5 April 2024, the documentation highlights that after this issuance, the aggregate number of ETC Securities for the series stands at 52,245,555. Each ETC Security from Tranche 544 grants a metal entitlement of 0.03972601 fine troy ounces as of the transaction's Subscription Trade Date.
The new ETC Securities have an issue date set for 9 April 2024, with an exceptionally long scheduled maturity date until 23 May 2118. Amundi Physical Metals plc confirms a Total Expense Ratio of 0.12% per annum for these securities. Moreover, the latest series has engaged several prominent financial institutions as authorised participants, including HSBC Bank plc, Jane Street Financial Limited, and Merrill Lynch International among others.
Listings and admissions to trading have been sought across major European exchanges such as Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, the Deutsche Börse, the Borsa Italiana, and the London Stock Exchange. Additionally, efforts are made for the securities to be traded on the International Quotation System of the Mexican Stock Exchange.
