Amundi Physical Metals plc Announces Issue of New ETC Securities

Amundi Physical Metals plc (APM) has announced the final terms for a new tranche of its Amundi Physical Gold ETC under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. Dated 12 March 2024, this issuance marks Tranche 535, adding 30,000 ETC Securities to its already substantial offering.

Following the issue, APM's aggregate number of ETC Securities in this Series will stand at 51,220,655.00. The ETC Securities are designed to provide investors with exposure to gold prices, carrying an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces per security upon the Series Issue Date of 23 May 2019, adjusting slightly to 0.03972915 for this specific tranche.

The newly issued Tranche 535 is scheduled for maturity on 23 May 2118, continuing APM's long-term commitment to providing secured precious metal investment opportunities. As per the final terms, the Total Expense Ratio for these ETC Securities is set at 0.12% per annum, striking a balance between cost and investment potential in the gold market.

This issue has attracted a broad array of authorised participants, including major financial institutions like HSBC Bank plc, Jane Street Financial Limited, and Merrill Lynch International, ensuring robust participation and liquidity.
