Amundi Physical Metals plc Announces Issue of New Tranch in Physical Gold ETC Programme

Amundi Physical Metals plc (GLDA) has published its final terms for a new tranche issuance within its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme, specifically for its Amundi Physical Gold ETC. Dated 3 April 2024, this latest issuance will introduce Tranche 542, adding 71,000 ETC Securities to the programme. The aggregate number of ETC Securities for the series post-issuance will be 52,175,655.00, with the new tranche contributing 71,000 securities. Each ETC Security initially represents 0.04 fine troy ounces of gold, adjusting to 0.0397264 by the subscription trade date for this tranche.

The issue date for Tranche 542 is set for 5 April 2024, maintaining the scheduled maturity date for the series on 23 May 2118. Authorised Participants for this tranche at the final term date include notable financial institutions such as HSBC Bank plc, Jane Street Financial Limited, and several others across Europe. The Total Expense Ratio remains at 0.12% per annum, consistent with the program's aim to provide investors with an efficient means to gain exposure to gold prices.

Concerning listing and trading, applications have been made for the ETC Securities to be admitted to several major exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, and the London Stock Exchange, amongst others. This broader listing aims to enhance accessibility for investors seeking exposure to gold through regulated markets.
