Amundi Physical Metals plc Announces New Tranche of Gold ETC Securities

Amundi Physical Metals plc has set forth the final terms for a new tranche of ETC Securities under its Amundi Physical Gold ETC. This addition, labeled as Tranche 543, includes the issuance of 15,000 ETC Securities. As per the details, these securities are part of the issuer's Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme and follow the contractual terms stipulated in the Base Prospectus dated 20 May 2019.

The newly issued tranche contributes to a cumulative total of 52,190,655.00 securities within the series. Each ETC Security from this tranche, as at the Subscription Trade Date, will entail a metal entitlement of 0.03972614 fine troy ounces. The initial metal entitlement per ETC at the series issue date was 0.04 fine troy ounces. The issue date for Tranche 543 is set for 8 April 2024, projecting a long term vision with a scheduled maturity date of 23 May 2118.

Amundi Physical Metals plc has also detailed the list of authorised participants for these ETC Securities, which includes notable entities such as HSBC Bank plc, and Jane Street Financial Limited, amongst others. The Total Expense Ratio (TER) for the current tranche is maintained at 0.12% per annum. These financial products offer investors a pathway to gain exposure to the price movement of gold, aligning with the issuer’s commitment to provide secure and transparent investment avenues in precious metals.
