Amundi Physical Metals plc Announces New Tranche of Physical Gold ETC Securities

Amundi Physical Metals plc has made public the final terms for its latest issue of ETC Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The issue comprises 24,000 ETC Securities, identified as Tranche 536, under the Amundi Physical Gold ETC series. This tranche increases the aggregate number of ETC Securities of the series to 51,244,655. The issue date is set for 15 March 2024, with a scheduled maturity date far ahead on 23 May 2118.

Each ETC Security in this tranche has an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces of gold, adjusting to 0.03972902 for subscriptions on the trade date. HSBC Bank plc, Jane Street Financial Limited, Flow Trancers B.V., Optiver VOF, BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC, Merrill Lynch International, and Virtu Financial Ireland Limited are listed as authorised participants for the issue. The total expense ratio for the securities remains low at 0.12% per annum.

Applications have been made for the Tranche 536 ETC Securities to be listed and traded on major European exchanges including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, and Borsa Italiana, as well as on the London Stock Exchange and the International Quotation System of the Mexican Stock Exchange. The initial ISIN for the series is FR0013416716.
