Amundi Physical Metals plc has released the final terms for its Amundi Physical Gold ETC under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. A new tranche, totaling 410,000 securities, has been issued, marked as Tranche 763. This latest issuance is part of a series that now encompasses over 65 million securities.
The current tranche features an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 troy ounces per security. With a scheduled maturity date set for May 23, 2118, these securities aim to offer investors exposure to gold price fluctuations. The issue date for this tranche is October 14, 2025.
The securities are listed on multiple European exchanges, including Euronext Paris and the London Stock Exchange, along with the International Quotation System of the Mexican Stock Exchange. The total expense ratio is specified at 0.12% per annum.
Authorised participants for this issuance include major financial institutions such as HSBC Bank plc and BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC. A nominal amount of USD 5.085 and a specified interest amount of USD 0.051 have been established for the securities.
