Amundi Physical Metals plc Announces Final Terms for UK ETC Securities

Amundi Physical Metals plc has issued the final terms for its Amundi Physical Gold ETC, a part of its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The latest tranche, number 736, consists of 15,000 ETC Securities, bringing the total to 62,258,359. This tranche's issue is scheduled for 14 August 2025, and it will mature on 23 May 2118.

The ETC Securities aim to provide exposure to gold, with a total expense ratio of 0.12% annually. The initial metal entitlement is 0.04 fine troy ounces, decreasing slightly for subsequent tranches. The nominal amount per ETC Security is USD 5.085, with a specified interest of USD 0.051.

These securities will be listed on several major exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Deutsche Börse, and the London Stock Exchange, among others. Notable participants in this issuance include HSBC Bank plc, Flow Traders B.V., and BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC.
