Amundi Physical Metals plc: Final Terms for Gold ETC Issuance

Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the final terms for the issuance of 50,000 ETC Securities, part of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC series, under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This new tranche, identified as Tranche 739, brings the total number of ETC Securities of this series to 63,080,859.00. Each security offers a metal entitlement of 0.03966059 fine troy ounces as of the subscription trade date.

The issuance, approved by the board on 25 April 2019, is scheduled for 21 August 2025, with a maturity date set for 23 May 2118. Amundi's initiative aims to provide exposure to gold prices via these securities. The securities are listed on several exchanges, including Euronext Paris and the London Stock Exchange.

The authorized participants include HSBC Bank plc and BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC. The Total Expense Ratio for this series is noted at 0.12% annually, with each security's nominal amount at USD 5.085, providing a specified interest amount of USD 0.051.
