Amundi Physical Metals plc: Final Terms for Gold ETC Issue

Amundi Physical Metals plc has released the final terms for the issuance of 84,000 Exchange Traded Commodity (ETC) Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC programme. This new tranche, numbered 708, is part of the ongoing Amundi Physical Gold ETC series.

The issuance, effective from 20 June 2025, brings the total series count to approximately 59 million ETCs. The initial metal entitlement for the series was set at 0.04 fine troy ounces, with adjustments reflecting current subscription specifics. The securities will mature on 23 May 2118.

These ETC Securities will be listed across major exchanges, including Euronext Paris and Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, London Stock Exchange, and the Mexican Stock Exchange. The annual expense ratio is established at 0.12%, providing exposure to fluctuations in gold prices, aiming to meet investor interest in secure gold-backed securities.
