Amundi Physical Metals plc: Final Terms for Gold ETC Securities
Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the final terms for the issuance of its 87,000 ETC Securities under the Amundi Physical Gold ETC. These securities are part of a tranche numbered 770 and form part of the Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme.
The ETC Securities are set with an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces, with a slightly reduced entitlement at the subscription date. The series issue date traces back to May 2019, with the current tranche issued on November 3, 2025. The maturity of these securities is scheduled for May 2118.
Key parties involved include HSBC Bank plc, Jane Street Financial Limited, and Flow Traders B.V., with a total expense ratio set at 0.12% per annum. The ETC Securities have been listed on several major exchanges, including Euronext Paris and the London Stock Exchange.
