Amundi Physical Metals plc: Final Terms for Gold-Linked ETC Securities
Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the final terms for the issuance of 10,000 ETC Securities, as Tranche 691 of its Amundi Physical Gold ETC. This issuance forms part of their Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The total aggregate number of securities post-issuance sums to 60,282,859, each linked to the price of gold.
Details reveal an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces per security, reduced slightly to 0.0396739 on the subscription trade date. Issuance was approved on April 25, 2019, with a scheduled maturity date set for May 23, 2118.
Amundi's ETC Securities will trade on multiple exchanges, including Euronext Paris, the London Stock Exchange, and Borsa Italiana. Estimated net proceeds total USD 1,318,979. The series bears a total expense ratio of 0.12% per annum.
Major parties include HSBC Bank plc and others, enhancing liquidity and trade execution. The Nominal and Specified Interest Amounts were set at USD 5.085 and USD 0.051, respectively.
