Amundi Physical Metals plc: Final Terms for UK Market

Amundi Physical Metals plc has published the final terms for the UK launch of its Amundi Physical Gold ETC securities. The issuance comprises 34,000 securities within the Tranche 777 of their Secured Precious Metals programme. This tranche adds to an aggregate of 66,463,759 securities.

Each security entitles holders to a metal entitlement, initially set at 0.04 fine troy ounces, adjusted to 0.0396495 at subscription trade date. The issue date is 14 November 2025, with a long maturity date set for 23 May 2118.

Amundi’s ETC securities are listed on various exchanges including Euronext Paris, Amsterdam, and the London Stock Exchange. The total expense ratio stands at 0.12% annually, with a nominal amount of USD 5.085 per security.

The issuance aims to provide investors with exposure to gold prices. Key participants include HSBC Bank and BNP Paribas Arbitrage among others.
