Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the final terms for the issuance of 173,000 ETC Securities, under the Amundi Physical Gold ETC Series. These securities are part of the Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The tranche is numbered 750, adding to the aggregate of 63,735,859 ETC Securities in the series. Initially issued in May 2019, the latest tranche was issued on September 22, 2025, with a scheduled maturity date extending to May 2118.
The Metal Entitlement for this tranche is set at 0.03965668 fine troy ounces, slightly adjusted from the initial entitlement of 0.04 troy ounces. Amundi has established regulatory compliance under the Prospectus Regulation, ensuring the combination of previous prospectuses remains valid for investor information. The Total Expense Ratio is confirmed at 0.12% per annum, with a nominal amount of USD 5.085 and a specified interest amount of USD 0.051.
The ETC Securities are listed across major platforms, including Euronext Paris, Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, the London Stock Exchange, and the Mexican Stock Exchange's International Quotation System. Participating authorized financial institutions include HSBC, Flow Traders, and BNP Paribas among others, ensuring a robust framework for trading and redemption.
