Amundi Physical Metals plc Issues New ETC Securities Tranche

Amundi Physical Metals plc has issued a new tranche of its Physical Gold ETC Securities. This issuance, dated 31 October 2025, comprises 233,000 ETC Securities as part of Tranche 771. These securities are under the Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme.

The new securities have a metal entitlement set initially at 0.04 fine troy ounces, adjusted to 0.03965107 on the subscription trade date. The issue date for this tranche is 4 November 2025, with a scheduled maturity on 23 May 2118. This tranche brings the aggregate number of securities to 66,277,759.

Authorised participants include major financial institutions such as HSBC Bank plc and BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC. The ETCs are set to be listed on multiple exchanges, including Euronext Paris and the London Stock Exchange.

The offering aims to provide investors exposure to gold prices. The total expense ratio stands at 0.12% per annum. The nominal amount is USD 5.085 with a specified interest amount of USD 0.051.
