Amundi Physical Metals Plc Issues New Gold ETC Securities
Amundi Physical Metals Plc has finalized the terms for the issuance of its latest tranche of gold-backed exchange-traded commodities (ETC) securities. The new tranche, numbered 761, comprises 64,000 ETC securities. The Series, known as Amundi Physical Gold ETC, first began issuing securities on May 23, 2019, and has now reached a total of 64,654,759 ETC securities issued.
The securities, linked to the price of gold, are part of Amundi's Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. These securities are being introduced with an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces. Applications have been made for trading the securities on various European stock exchanges, including Euronext Paris and the London Stock Exchange, among others.
The nominal amount per security is USD 5.085, with a 0.12% annual expense ratio. Authorised Participants for the issue include HSBC Bank plc and BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC, among others.
