Amundi Physical Metals plc Issues New Gold ETC Securities
Amundi Physical Metals plc has released the final terms for the issue of 42,000 ETC Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This tranche, numbered 738, pertains to the Amundi Physical Gold ETC. The Series Issue Date is noted as 23 May 2019, with the current tranche issued on 20 August 2025. Each security in this tranche represents a metal entitlement of 0.03966072 fine troy ounces at the subscription trade date.
The ETC Securities will be listed across multiple exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, the Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, the London Stock Exchange, and the International Quotation System of the Mexican Stock Exchange. The nominal amount is set at USD 5.085, with a total expense ratio of 0.12% annually.
Authorized participants in the issuance include HSBC Bank, Jane Street Financial, and Virtu Financial among others. The securities, regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland, offer investors an opportunity to gain exposure to gold prices.
