Amundi Physical Metals Plc has released the final terms for its latest issuance under the Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The issue comprises 70,000 ETC Securities of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC. This marks the 758th tranche of the Series, which now aggregates 64,487,759 ETC Securities post-issuance.
Each security in this tranche offers an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces, slightly above the 0.03965485 entitlement seen in subsequent tranches. Scheduled to mature on May 23, 2118, these securities feature a total expense ratio of 0.12% per annum.
The securities will be listed and traded across several major exchanges including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, and the London Stock Exchange. The issuance has been authorized by institutions such as HSBC Bank Plc and BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC.
