Amundi Physical Metals plc Issues New Tranche of Gold ETC Securities
Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the final terms for the issuance of a new tranche of its Amundi Physical Gold ETC. The tranche, numbered 746, comprises 253,000 ETC Securities. Each ETC Security is linked to 0.0396585 fine troy ounces of gold. The securities are part of the Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme.
The issue date for this tranche is set for 8 September 2025. The scheduled maturity date extends far into the future, to 23 May 2118. The ETC Securities are listed for trading on several European stock exchanges, including Euronext Paris and the London Stock Exchange.
HSBC Bank plc and BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC are among the authorized participants for this issuance. The total expense ratio for the securities is 0.12% per annum, with the nominal amount standing at USD 5.085 per ETC Security.
