Amundi Physical Metals plc: UK Final Terms Announced

Amundi Physical Metals plc has released the final terms for its latest issuance of Amundi Physical Gold ETC Securities under the Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. Issued on October 22, 2025, the tranche includes 1,933,000 ETC Securities, part of Tranche 766. The series now aggregates a total of 67,198,759 ETC Securities.

The issuance follows regulations set out in the 2019 Base Prospectus, supplemented in 2020, and the Current Base Prospectus dated April 2025. The securities are linked to gold, with an initial metal entitlement set at 0.04 fine troy ounces, adjusted to 0.0396525 on trade date.

The ETC Securities are listed across multiple platforms, including Euronext Paris and Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, and the London Stock Exchange. Applications are pending for listing on additional exchanges. The offering aims to provide exposure to gold prices, with a total expense ratio of 0.12% per annum.
