Amundi Physical Metals Plc: Final Issuance Terms

Amundi Physical Metals Plc has announced the final terms for the issuance of its ETC Securities, under the Amundi Physical Gold ETC Series. Tranche 555 has been issued with 370,000 ETC Securities.

The contractual terms align with the base prospectus dated 20 May 2019, supplemented on 4 March 2020. The new issuance date for this tranche, under the current base prospectus dated 3 May 2024, is 22 May 2024.

The issuer is Amundi Physical Metals Plc, and the series is Amundi Physical Gold ETC. Total ETC Securities issued will sum to 45,540,655, following this tranche. The initial metal entitlement at the series issuance date in 2019 was 0.04 fine troy ounces, which has adjusted to 0.03972013 as of the subscription trade date.

Tranche 555 has a nominal amount of USD 5.085 per ETC Security, with a scheduled maturity date of 23 May 2118. The total expense ratio stands at 0.12% per annum. The authorized participants include major financial institutions such as HSBC Bank Plc, BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC, and Merrill Lynch International.

Applications for trading have been made on multiple exchanges including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, the Deutsche Börse, and the London Stock Exchange. Listing on additional exchanges is anticipated.
