Amundi Physical Metals plc: Final Terms

Amundi Physical Metals plc has published the Final Terms for its Amundi Physical Gold ETC securities. The issue includes 200,000 ETC Securities under Tranche 595. The terms apply as defined in the Base Prospectus dated May 20, 2019, supplemented most recently on March 4, 2020. These Final Terms form part of the prospectus for Article 8(4) of the Prospectus Regulation and must be read with the current Base Prospectus and its Supplement.

The ETC Securities will be admitted to trading on several established markets, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, and the London Stock Exchange. Further listings may be sought over time. The Total Expense Ratio stands at 0.12% per annum. Issuance has been approved by the board as of April 25, 2019, and the Series has been open since May 23, 2019, with a scheduled maturity of May 23, 2118.
