Amundi Physical Metals plc: Final Terms

Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the final terms for its issuance of 140,000 ETC Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This new tranche is part of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC series, increasing the aggregate number to 49,835,755 ETC Securities.

The issue date for this tranche is 3 July 2024, with the securities maturing on 23 May 2118. The initial metal entitlement per ETC Security is 0.04 fine troy ounces, with a current entitlement of 0.03971464. The issuance has been scheduled following board approval on 25 April 2019.

The ETC Securities will be listed and admitted to trading on Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, the Deutsche Börse, the Borsa Italiana, the London Stock Exchange, and the International Quotation System of the Mexican Stock Exchange. The total expense ratio is 0.12% per annum, and the nominal amount is USD 5.085.

Amundi Physical Metals plc, incorporated in Ireland, is a special purpose vehicle established to issue securities linked to precious metals. The securities provide exposure to gold prices, with investors able to make offers in Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, and Sweden.
