Amundi Physical Metals plc: Final Terms Announced for Gold ETC

Amundi Physical Metals plc has released the final terms for its latest issuance of 30,000 ETC Securities under the Amundi Physical Gold ETC series. This issuance, designated as Tranche 569, is part of their Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme.

The terms are in accordance with the Base Prospectus dated 20 May 2019 and its Supplement dated 4 March 2020. The issue, scheduled for 2 July 2024, brings the total number of ETC Securities in the series to 49,825,755. The initial Metal Entitlement as of the Series Issue Date on 23 May 2019 is set at 0.04 fine troy ounces.

The ETC Securities will be traded on Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, and the London Stock Exchange, among others. The ETCs aim to provide investors with exposure to gold prices while maintaining a Total Expense Ratio of 0.12% per annum.

The Nominal Amount for the securities is USD 5.085, representing 10% of the Issue Price as of the Series Issue Date. The Issuer has also outlined that these securities are not exempt from offer regulations outside of specified jurisdictions, covering markets across Europe.
