Amundi Physical Metals plc: Final Terms Announcement

Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the final terms for the issuance of 20,000 ETC Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The tranche, numbered 592, is part of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC series and follows a Base Prospectus dated 3 May 2024 and its supplement dated 26 July 2024.

The initial metal entitlement at the time of issue is set at 0.04 fine troy ounces, reducing to 0.03970693 fine troy ounces at the subscription trade date. The scheduled maturity date is 23 May 2118, and the ETC Securities will be listed on multiple stock exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, the London Stock Exchange, and the International Quotation System of the Mexican Stock Exchange.

Total net proceeds from this issue are estimated at USD 1,999,720.00, with related admission expenses amounting to €3,000. The total expense ratio is identified as 0.12% per annum.

The ETC Securities can be offered in various European countries including Austria, France, Germany, Italy, and others, conforming to the relevant regulatory guidelines. HSBC Bank plc, Jane Street Financial Limited, Flow Traders B.V., and several other major financial institutions are identified as authorised participants.
