Amundi Physical Metals plc: Final Terms for Gold ETC Securities

Amundi Physical Metals plc has released the final terms for its latest issuance of Exchange Traded Commodities (ETC) securities under the Amundi Physical Gold ETC program. The issuance, dated 26 June 2024, involves 125,000 ETC securities, bringing the total to 49,955,755 securities.

The ETC securities are backed by physical gold and provide investors with exposure to gold prices. The initial metal entitlement per security is 0.04 fine troy ounces, adjusted to 0.0397153 as of the subscription trade date. The issuance date of this tranche is 28 June 2024, and the securities mature on 23 May 2118.

Applications have been made to list and trade these securities on several major exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, London Stock Exchange, and the International Quotation System of the Mexican Stock Exchange.

The total expense ratio for these securities is 0.12% per annum. Key authorised participants include HSBC Bank plc, Jane Street Financial Limited, Flow Traders B.V., Optiver VOF, BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC, Merrill Lynch International, and Virtu Financial Ireland Limited.
