Amundi Physical Metals plc: Final Terms for New ETC Securities

Amundi Physical Metals plc has published the final terms for the issuance of new ETC Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The final terms document, dated 3 May 2024, covers the issuance of 215,000 ETC Securities, marking the 548th tranche of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC.

The latest tranche will bring the total number of issued securities under this series to 46,440,555. The initial metal entitlement for this tranche is set at 0.04 fine troy ounces, with a slightly adjusted rate of 0.03972235 for the subscription trade date.

The ETC Securities will be admitted to trading on multiple exchanges including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, the London Stock Exchange, and the Mexican Stock Exchange. These securities will offer exposure to gold prices, catering to investors seeking to diversify portfolios with precious metals.

The issue date for the tranche is set for 8 May 2024, with a maturity date on 23 May 2118. The total expense ratio stands at 0.12% per annum. HSBC Bank plc and other prominent financial firms have been listed as authorised participants.

This confirmation follows the Base Prospectus approved by the Central Bank of Ireland on 3 May 2024. Investors are advised to review the prospectus and final terms before making investment decisions.
