Amundi Physical Metals plc: Final Terms of Gold ETC Securities Issue

On 2nd October 2024, Amundi Physical Metals plc announced the final terms for the issuance of their gold ETC securities under the Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This issuance involves 69,600 ETC Securities, marking Tranche 602 of Amundi Physical Gold ETC. The Base Prospectus has been approved by the Central Bank of Ireland.

The initial issuance was on 23rd May 2019, with a total of 50,654,255 ETC Securities now in circulation. The current tranche adds a further 69,600 securities. The Metal Entitlement on the Subscription Trade Date is 0.03970328 fine troy ounces per security. These securities are scheduled to mature on 23rd May 2118.

The ETC Securities are traded on multiple exchanges including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, the Deutsche Börse, the Borsa Italiana, the London Stock Exchange, and the Mexican Stock Exchange. The total expense ratio stands at 0.12% per annum, and the nominal amount per security is USD 5.085.

The involved authorized participants include HSBC Bank plc, Jane Street Financial Limited, Flow Traders B.V., Optiver VOF, BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC, Merrill Lynch International, and Virtu Financial Ireland Limited. The estimated total net proceeds are USD 7,360,868.16 with total expenses amounting to €3,000.
