Amundi Physical Metals Plc: Final Terms

Amundi Physical Metals Plc has issued the final terms for its ETC Securities under the Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. On June 20, 2024, 49,700 ETC Securities were issued as part of Tranche 566 of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC series.

The terms used in these securities are based on the conditions outlined in the Base Prospectus dated May 20, 2019, supplemented by the Supplement dated March 4, 2020. The current Base Prospectus dated May 3, 2024, must also be read in conjunction with this document.

The aggregate number of ETC Securities following this issuance stands at 49,440,755 with an issuance date set for June 24, 2024. These securities have an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces of gold as of the series issue date, and 0.03971608 as of the subscription trade date.

The ETC Securities are scheduled to mature on May 23, 2118. Various authorized participants, including HSBC Bank and BNP Paribas Arbitrage, are involved in the issuance. The total expense ratio is 0.12% per annum. Listing applications have been made for several major stock exchanges, including Euronext Paris and the London Stock Exchange.
