Amundi Physical Metals plc: Final Terms Unveiled
Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the final terms for the issuance of its ETC Securities under the Amundi Physical Gold ETC. This tranche, numbered 545, consists of 589,800 ETC Securities.
These securities are linked to precious metals and issued under the Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The initial metal entitlement as of the series issue date is 0.04 fine troy ounces.
The series issue date is May 23, 2019, and the tranche issue date is April 18, 2024. These securities are set to mature on May 23, 2118.
Applications for the ETC Securities have been made for several major exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, London Stock Exchange, and the Mexican Stock Exchange. The total net proceeds from this issue are estimated at USD 55,508,142.30.
