Amundi Physical Metals plc Issues Final Terms for New Gold ETC Securities

Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the final terms for its latest issuance of Amundi Physical Gold ETC securities. Dated July 11, 2024, the terms specify an issue of 242,000 securities, forming Tranche 577 under their Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme.

The ETC securities are linked to gold and will be listed for trading on multiple exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, London Stock Exchange, and the Mexican Stock Exchange. The current aggregate number of ETC securities in this series stands at 49,976,055.

The Metal Entitlement per security at the subscription trade date is 0.03971334 fine troy ounces. The series has an initial issue date of May 23, 2019, and a scheduled maturity date set for May 23, 2118. The Total Expense Ratio is 0.12% per annum.

HSBC Bank plc, Jane Street Financial Limited, and others have been designated as authorized participants. These terms follow the UK Prospectus Regulation, ensuring compliance with domestic law post-Brexit.
