Amundi Physical Metals plc: UK Final Terms
On 11 June 2024, Amundi Physical Metals plc announced the UK Final Terms for their latest issuance of Amundi Physical Gold ETC Securities. These terms, dated 31 May 2024, mark the 559th tranche with an issuance of 687,400 ETC Securities under their Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme.
The ETC Securities are designed to offer investors exposure to the price of gold. The current tranche adds to the aggregate number of 47,216,055 ETC Securities in this series. The initial metal entitlement is 0.04 fine troy ounces, with a present entitlement of 0.03971869.
The ETC Securities, due to mature on 23 May 2118, are scheduled for trading on several major exchanges including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, the London Stock Exchange, and the International Quotation System of the Mexican Stock Exchange.
With a total expense ratio of 0.12% per annum, the nominal amount per ETC Security is USD 5.085, and the specified interest amount stands at USD 0.051.
