Amundi Physical Metals plc: UK Final Terms

On July 10, 2024, Amundi Physical Metals plc issued the final terms for their ETC Securities under the Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. These securities, part of Tranche 574, amount to 13,300 units of Amundi Physical Gold ETC.

The terms reference the Base Prospectus dated May 20, 2019, supplemented on March 4, 2020, and align with the UK Prospectus Regulation post-Brexit. These securities are actively traded on multiple exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, London Stock Exchange, and the Mexican Stock Exchange.

The total expense ratio stands at 0.12% per annum, with a nominal amount of USD 5.085 per security. Each security's metal entitlement recalculates continuously, starting from 0.04 fine troy ounces.

Prominent financial institutions, such as HSBC Bank plc and BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC, are among the authorized participants. The listing and admission to trading of these securities underline Amundi’s robust position in offering gold-linked investment products.
