Amundi Physical Metals plc: UK Final Terms

Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the issuance of 170,000 ETC Securities under its Amundi Physical Gold ETC series. This latest tranche, numbered 599, is part of the company's Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme.

The ETC Securities are issued in accordance with the terms outlined in the Base Prospectus dated 20 May 2019 and supplemented by the Supplement to the Base Prospectus dated 4 March 2020. The current Base Prospectus, dated 3 May 2024, along with the recent supplement dated 26 July 2024, provides the comprehensive details for investors.

The 170,000 ETC Securities have an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces of gold, decreasing to 0.03970445 ounces at the subscription trade date. The issue date is set for 19 September 2024, with a scheduled maturity date on 23 May 2118.

The ETC Securities will be listed and traded across multiple exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, the London Stock Exchange, and the Mexican Stock Exchange's International Quotation System. The total expense ratio for the securities is 0.12% per annum.

Authorised participants for these ETC Securities include major financial institutions such as HSBC Bank plc, Jane Street Financial Limited, Flow Traders B.V., and others. The issue aims to provide investors with exposure to the price of gold.
