Amundi Physical Metals plc: UK Final Terms Announced

Amundi Physical Metals plc has released the final terms for its Amundi Physical Gold ETC under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This issuance involves 33,700 ETC Securities, marking Tranche 580 of the series. The company refers to both the Base Prospectus from 20 May 2019 and its supplement dated 4 March 2020, alongside the current Base Prospectus dated 3 May 2024, for a comprehensive understanding.

The ETC Securities series, initially issued in 2019, offer an entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces of gold, reducing slightly to 0.03971255 troy ounces as of the subscription date for this tranche. The issue date for this tranche is set for 19 July 2024.

Regulatory approvals and listing applications have been pursued across multiple stock exchanges, including Euronext Paris and Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, and the London Stock Exchange. Additional trading will also be available on the Mexican Stock Exchange’s International Quotation System.

The Total Expense Ratio is maintained at 0.12% annually. HSBC Bank plc, Jane Street Financial Limited, and other notable financial institutions are listed as authorized participants for this offer. The key details aim to facilitate investor engagement in gold through these ETC Securities.
