Amundi Physical Metals plc: UK Final Terms

Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the issuance of 38,000 ETC Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This issuance, specified in the final terms dated 17 May 2024, is part of the company’s Amundi Physical Gold ETC series and is designated as Tranche 554. The total aggregate number of ETC Securities in the series following this issuance is 45,170,655.

The new tranche of securities has an initial Metal Entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces of gold per security as of the series issue date, and the metal entitlement as of the subscription trade date is 0.03972052. The total net proceeds from the issuance are estimated at USD 3,626,435.00, with estimated expenses of €3,000 for admission to trading.

The ETC Securities offer investors exposure to the gold price and can be issued and redeemed through several authorized participants, including HSBC Bank plc and Merrill Lynch International. The total expense ratio for the securities is 0.12% per annum. These securities can be offered in multiple EU member states where the base prospectus has been approved by the relevant authorities.
